Intex Laptop Speakers
Hello guys hope you all doing good in this quarantine period. What will happen if your laptop speakers not working while you listening to your favourite music. Well no problem we can easily fix that in our home with some home tools. So, In this article we will see how to fix the broken or repaired Intex laptop speakers. If you want to buy quality laptop speakers you can buy it here:
Particularly in this intex laptop speakers (which I was using) in which the AC wire and the transfromer is fault. If you have spare transformer or AC power cord you can change it and it will definately work. Use transformer of rating 12V 1A or 12V 1.5A it is enough. I don't have an spare transfromer or additional transformer so I am going to directly connect the rectifier filter capacitor(which is the input of the amplifier) to the 12V battery.
So, first we have to check the input line where the AC 12V is rectified through the diode rectifier after finding the filter capacitor. Take two wires and solder it to the capacitor's positive and negative terminals respectively. (Polarity is much more important).
After connecting the wires to the capacitor connect the other ends of the wire to the 12V battery. ( Make sure that the battery voltage should not exceed 12V otherwise the board will damaged)
Here I connected the supply directly to the board without connecting it through the switch. You can connect it through the battery if you want your speakers to be turned OFF and ON through the switch.
After successfully soldering the wires to the input of the amplifier board in your intex laptop speakers. Turn ON your battery supply. And wala your laptop speakers are working perfectly without any problem. Connect the aux cable to your phone or computer and rock on.
Thank you guys see you in the next interesting article!!!!
