Recently, I have trouble Shooted a Bluetooth speaker which the problem was the charging port has damaged. In this article we are going to see how to fix this damaged charging port and make the Bluetooth speaker works like a charm.

First of all unscrew the Bluetooth speaker by unscrewing the four screws placed in the bottom of the Bluetooth speaker After dismantling the Bluetooth speaker take the circuit board out and check the place where the charging port is fixed. first we have to check how the charging port is damaged whether its pin is cut or damaged or the soldered pin is detached from the PCB board or the soldered pin are improper due to poor soldering. In my case the soldered pins of the female micro USB port is detached from the PCB board due to falling down of the Bluetooth speaker .

How to fix ???

What I did is ..
I just soldered the female micro USB port directly to the PCB board by using good solder flux to avoid shorting of the contact pins in the female micro USB port....

But it failed......
After soldered the female micro USB port directly in the PCB board. Then I realised that the soldered are also damaged and broken in the board which made the bluetooth speaker charging slowly and charging indicator blinking very slowly

That's all for this post !!! bye !!!

Have fun :)

Hope you guys learnt something New !!!!!

See you again in the Next Articles Bye.....!!!!!!!!
